Online Sample Ordering
Our sample ordering is a lot like online shopping, except samples are free. It’s ideal for design professionals who regularly order individual samples that can ship no charge via UPS Ground. (See shipping info way below to estimate delivery date) You may order up to 5 samples of any one design, and up to 6 different designs. For our new designs on thicker metals, (352-09, 353-09, 354-09, 511, 512, 550-555) we ask that you limit your samples requests to 5 items total. If you need more, call or email us.
When to order online samples:
- You need individual or loose samples.
- You order samples for Chemetal, Treefrog or InteriorArts regularly.
- Samples can ship UPS Ground free (see below for approximate shipping times).
How To Order:
Add samples from individual product pages. You’ll be able to select size and quantity.
To order you’ll have to create an online sample account. No credit card or payment required. Your account will work for Chemetal, Treefrog and InteriorArts.

We occasionally create custom sized samples for regular customers or special samples needs. Charges may apply.
We do not offer 8” x 10” samples in 100, 700, 800 and 900 Series. We believe the 4” x 6” size allows for good representation of these even-toned designs.

For expedited shipping, please provide your preferred shipping company (FedEx or UPS), your active account number for that company, and the expedited service you’d like (overnight, 2 day etc.). This is in addition to all the business and contact information listed in above sections.
General Shipping Info:
Standard Free shipping is UPS Ground from Massachusetts, which means approximately 1-3 business days for the East Coast (5 days to Florida), 3-4 business days for the Midwest and 5-7 business days for Western States.
Standard sample requests received prior to 12 noon EST will usually ship that afternoon unless we are very busy. For deadline sensitive expedited sample requests, we guarantee to ship the same day if the sample request is received and acknowledged by 1 PM EST.
